About The Happiness Challenge
The Happiness Challenge is a quest to explore the best happiness habits that science has to offer.
Each month, our host Klaudia Mitura shares three linked podcast episodes: she interviews a leading expert, tries their recommendations herself, and then reports back on what changed (including the messy bits). The result is a mix of practical dares, honest stories, and psychological evidence that supports or challenges what we think we “know” about happiness.
Klaudia is a work psychologist, Chief Happiness Officer and the author of The Alphabet of Happiness (published by Collective Ink). Alongside the podcast, she creates tools and guides to help you build habits for more calm, resilience, and everyday joy.

About Me
My name is Klaudia Mitura. I’m a work psychologist, certified Chief Happiness Officer and the Learning and Development Manager at the Science Museum Group, with a purpose to boost happiness in the workplace. I love experimenting and applying scientific research on happiness to my daily ups and downs - or to just prove my other half wrong! I also like to look for happiness in unusual places so I won’t shy away from diving with sharks or starring in a pantomime. Sometimes this gets me in trouble.
Based on my award-winning podcast The Happiness Challenge, my new book “The Alphabet of Happiness”, create more happiness at work, in relationships and in your own skin, was published by Collective Ink in September 2025.
