Acceptance to Dreams
To celebrate my new book, "The Alphabet of Happiness," I’m sharing 26 days of science-backed happiness habits—one for every letter, A to Z. Each tip takes under five minutes and helps you build a happier life.
Here’s a taste of the first four letters:
🅰️ Acceptance: Make peace with your thoughts and feelings, even the tough ones. Try emotional granularity: name your emotions as precisely as possible. The more you understand them, the better you can manage them.
🅱️ Boundaries: Healthy boundaries = joyful relationships. Write yourself three “permission slips” (rest, say no, take breaks). The more you believe you deserve care, the easier it is to ask for it.
🅲 Courage: Courage isn’t about being fearless, it’s moving forward even when you’re scared. Show your “beautiful mess” and let yourself be seen. Vulnerability is endearing, not weak!
🅳 Dreams: Big dreams give us meaning, but they can feel overwhelming. Set a bold vision, then break it into 90-day goals so you can celebrate progress along the way.
