🅶 Gratitude: Rewire your brain by savouring a positive moment today. Engage all your senses and take a mental snapshot to build lasting optimism.
🅷 Habits: 40% of happiness comes from daily habits. Pick one happiness habit and make the first step super easy. The simpler, the better!
🅸 Innovation: Awaken your creativity. Schedule an “artist’s date” this week—visit a gallery, workshop, or talk, and let new ideas spark.
🅹 Jokes: Laughter heals. Watch a comedy, tell a joke, or laugh for 10 minutes straight: your mind and body will thank you!
