Play to Values

We’re nearing the finale of The Alphabet of Happiness 26-Day Boost. 🎉

Thank you for all your amazing support! I can’t wait to celebrate with you at the big book launch at the Science Museum, London. Reserve your spot: https://lnkd.in/emyCSwa8

Here’s a quick recap of this week’s happiness habits:
🅿️ Play: Adults need play too! Pair a playful break with a daily habit: try a quick puzzle or learn a new word.
🆀 Questions: Self-reflection fuels growth. Go for a walk and ask a friend meaningful questions.
🆁 Resilience: True resilience means knowing when to seek support. Create a checklist for tough times: five actions to help you bounce back.
🆂 Self-Image: Be intentional with social media. Set three principles for how and when you use it.
🆃 Time: Balance your “shoulds” and “wants.” Focus on what you truly want to do and notice the difference.
🆄 Uncertainty: Uncertainty is tough, but it’s where growth happens. Imagine your best-case “what if it works?” scenario.
🆅 Values: Your values are your compass. Reflect on what matters most and use those as your guide.
